
Brings thirty years of business experience to our firm. Beth has been successful in for profit and nonprofit businesses, as a recipient of leadership awards for sales and management. When leading large and small work forces, she creates an infrastructure for managers to develop corporate policies, short- and long-term financial strategies for business strength, organizational development, employee relations, and strategies to create workforce stability. Beth’s leadership success was born in the Pacific Northwest’s telecommunication industry, when serving as a sales and customer services manager and corporate trainer. After moving to Florida, Beth became the CEO for a long-standing arts nonprofit in Palm Beach. In her leadership role as CEO, the organization grew to a million-dollar nonprofit attaining organizational and financial success in the areas of donor relations, campaign strategy, grant writing, and program expansion. Beth was invited and served as a grant review panelist for the Cultural Council for Palm Beach County as well as for the Arts Council for the State of Florida. In addition, Beth has served as Board chairperson for FoundCare, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Care Center.
