Bill specializes in tax planning which include a variety of complex tax matters, large capital transactions, sale of business or personal property, rental income, and limited partnerships in addition to assisting clients by reducing their total tax liability. Bill joined the team at P.T. Anderson in 2017 and brings with him over 35 years of accounting experience managing his own accounting practice as well as having worked as corporate controller for a large durable medical goods supplier and a 400-room hotel.
Prior to this, he worked as a staff accountant for Texaco Latin America and as an audit manager at Morrison Brown Argiz & Co where he handled complex consolidations and SEC audits. At P.T. Anderson, he serves clients in the construction, real estate, nonprofit, hospitality, service, retail, and wholesale industries.
Bill is an experienced C.P.A licensed in Florida since 1982. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1979 from the University of Florida. Bill is a member of the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. As a Certified Life Coach, he also enjoys helping clients attain not only their financial but personal goals as well.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and carries a single digit handicap. His dream is to tee it up at Pebble Beach one day.
